We have designed our site to answer all your questions and make your experience a pleasant and informative one. That being said, in the off chance that the product/s you have purchased have not met your needs after testing them with the suggested dosages & use, we will provide a 100% refund of the full product cost. To receive this guarantee we will provide a prepaid shipping return label for which we require 50% of the used product to be mailed back to us.

All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee from when the product was delivered. If for some reason you are not satisfied with any of these products, just return a minimum of 50% of the unused product to SUN. After being notified, we will provide a shipping box or prepaid label to ship back.

If your product has gone unused for some reason, you may have forgotten about it and or you feel that something is off with it upon purchasing or finding it again, we are here to help, just let us know the situation and we have a few options to support these situations. As most of our products are liquids and herbal extract from natural and organic plants substances, every once in a while a product may be found that has expired early. We will replace said product immediately and seek retrieval of said product if something may seem out of place.

Upon finalizing your purchase, you will receive the full terms of your transaction included in the completed order message and in the direct email confirmation. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you will have acknowledged that depending upon the products purchased, they may be for research purposes only or may contain plant compounds from organic hemp oil & extracts.

Retail Returns:

If you've made a purchase from one of our health conscious retailers, you can visit the store with your receipt within 30 days to inquire about returns. We grant all of our retailers a simple replacement and or credit for the product returned.
