PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our C8 oil is used by those looking to have increased and sustained energy, which translates in to weight management via less need for other sources of energy through food consumption. Many add it to their coffee & shakes or just take it straight as a supplement. Great before exercise or when starting your day. We love adding it to many meals directly after cooking & serving.

Why heavy glass & not plastic?

We use a glass bottle due to the fact that oil is a solvent and would be slowly dissolving a plastic bottle if used as its container. PFAS’s from plastic are not something any of us want more of in our bodies or on Mother Earth.

WHAT IS C8 MCT OIL?

C8 MCT OIL (caprylic acid, aka Octanoic acid) comes from coconuts, MCT’s (medium-chain triglycerides) are extracted from coconuts. Our source of C8 is then placed under extreme pressure & heat to separate & thereby isolating the caprylic & capric acid through a process called fractionation. This yields a very high percentage of caprylic acid, 95% or greater. The specific provider we use delivers a very pure form of MCT’s which is not used in many products on the market due to the high cost of such an oil.

Caprylic acid has only 8 carbons, less carbons in a molecule chain equates to being more easily absorbed. C8 is mainly used in the food industry and has taken off in the diet and sports industry.

MCT’s (Medium Chain Triglycerides)

lauric acid (C12) capric acid (C10) and caprylic acid (C8)

Our oil is 95%+ caprylic acid & 5% or less of capric acid.
