Poria Cocos

We have added 2 more wonderful mushrooms to bring the mushroom combination to 7 varieties.

Poria Cocos is a very special mushroom that most do not even know about. It is one of the few mushrooms/herbs that have any research for being beneficially sustaining to the pancreas.

Traditionally used to promote our bodies natural transition to a healthy nights sleep, they support normal and healthy hydration levels and relaxation. Great for nervous system health and memory, and normal stomach function and they are a go to for supporting immune function.

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes)

We added Shiitake as we have a good source for it, though we will be switching it out for a much more potent variety, Agaricus blazei as soon as we have a solid source for it. However Shiitake is still very beneficial as it is packed with nutrition, including some B vitamins and vitamin D. They are traditionally used to support immune, liver, and cardiovascular health.*
